Group Fitness Classes

Body Positive Fitness

  • Mondays - Lift at 7:30am

  • Tuesdays - Function at 7:30am

  • Thursdays - Heavy at 7pm **currently running a Build series in this slot until the end of 2025!

Good Space

  • Saturdays - Pilates at 9am, Groove at 10am

Homegrown Fitness

  • Tuesdays - Circuit at 6:30pm, Signature Strength A at 7:30pm

  • Sundays - Circuit at 9am, Signature Strength B at 10am

Custom Programming

Want to work together for something specific? Let's chat! Some examples of this might be:

  • Creating a training plan that you do on your own

  • Special events or guest teaching

  • Sport-specific training

  • Performance goal training, like mastering a push up, or creating a mobility routine

I'm committed to creating training plans that are sustainable, fun, and educational for clients, because I believe that feeling at home in your body leads to strength and empowerment in all areas of your life. My training focuses on body awareness, form, and understanding the purpose and benefits of exercises. I also have a background in running and triathlon, and specialize in cross-training plans to reduce the risk of injury and help you feel strong when you cross the finish line!

Personal training can be done individually or in small groups of up to 3 people.
